DS 156 - 8 th year extension - Need help asap - please

I am in 8 year h1 b extenstion.
In DS 156 - while scheduling the appointment with US Consulate, there is a question, Did any one ever filed Immigrant visa petition on your behalf?
(1) This is Yes as I filed my I485 and I140 is approved.
(2) What about my child 11 year old and have I485 pending? Should I need to enter Yes in her DS 156 also?
Any help is appreciated. I need to schedule an appointment with Chennai consulate today.

That would be 'no' as she is a derivative of yours and she is in adjustment of status stage.
