I noticed that New York DOL is processing cases for cooks. they are pick ing up the cases only for cooks. I have checked till June 2001 receipt date and they have just been picking up cooks and either certifying them or issuing NOF. the current processing date is Jan2001 though actually they have entered Feb 2001.
What is DOL upto any comments. Why are they just doing Cooks. Does it mean they process cases with reference to DOT codes.
