Does Experience as MBBS doctor counts AND Hepatitis B infection disqualifies

Sir,
I am a dv2008 winner, I am a doctor in Bangladesh practising and getting training here fr last 7-8 yrs. Do i have to answer Q.7 in DSS-122 foorm "YES" or should I tick NO as in USA my experience as gynae practitioner counts nothing as i know. Plz help me . Again , does Hepatitis B infection( Chronic) disqualifies a DV winner.
