I have this question. Do I need to have my PD current before 1-140 can be processed?
I contacted my area Senator to find out about the status of my application since it is beyond the normal processing date(05/29/2007). I just received a letter from the Senator that USCIS saids they cannot process my 1-140 until my PD is current. Is this true. I am not sure when this came into being.
