I currently work at U.S under TN. I possibly will get an new offer from another company in the coming month. Do I have to go back Canada in person for a new TN? or I could apply for new TN by mail since I am at U.S now.
You can always apply for TN by mail if in US legally. The problem is how long it takes, or how much it costs. Usually simpler faster and cheaper to go to border.
