Hi -
Both me and my wife are from India. We moved to the US around 10 years back. We got our GC about 3 yrs back. The main applicant was my wife and I was listed as a dependent - her employer applied for her first and we decided to continue with that.
At this time, divorce is on the cards. So my questions are
1. Is it ok to get divorced in the US (we were married in India)
2. Will I lose my GC status after divorce and if not,
3. Will I have any problems getting citizenship
Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
