Can any1 tell me pros and cons of:

1. Concurrent Processing of I-140 & I-485
Can it be filed after few days gap? Like send I-485 documents/application after we receive I-140 EAC receipt.

---- Yes, you can file I-485 when you get the I-140 filing receipt, attach the copy of I-140 filing with I-485. With I-485 or AOS you get EAD in 60-90 days and if any problems with I-485 then lawyer can send motion to reopen/motion to reconsider or go for appeal
Can use AC21
Like send I-485 documents/application after we receive I-140 EAC receipt.

2. Consular Processing.
---- NO EAD, No appeal and one cannot use AC21
