I am looking for a good Desi firm to work for. I have read a lot of sad stories of people who work for Desi firms. Some think it is "hell", some think it is not that bad as long as you can find a good company. Anyway, it is hard to tell what kind of company it is until you work for it.
Before I have to go through the hell (if it is really true), I would like to know some companies that are good to work for and they will sponsor my green card.
Can we please make a list of good companies and bad companies? This way we can help a lot of people like me to find good companies and not stuck with bad ones.
