Denver Labor

Well, with that assumption, I guess I can assume that even my Labor has been approved since all cases from my company received by the DOL on 5th Dec have been approved.

I would like to receive confirmation from my employer though

My case got approved in Denver DOL. It was very fast. CO SESA sent my case for Limited Review to DOL on Jan 5th and I was surprised to find that it was certified on Jan 20th itself.

My Prority Date : June 5th 2001 EB2- Regular

BTW....the phone is working now. Anybody waiting for their status can call 303/844-1674 and check with their employee number.

Your case was forwarded to DOL on 3rd Dec, Did your employer got letter of LC approval from Denver DOL and when, and what is the approval date on the letter.

My lawyer got the LC approved letter from Denver DOl, not the employer. The approved date on the letter is Jan 22th 2003. My lawyer was received it on Jan 26th 2003

I called 303/844-1674. The phone is ringing and after 5 rings disconnects. I called at around 3:45 pm EST.
Is there a good time to call?
 
Does anyone here know what is the current date (month) for Denver Regional for non-RIR cases?
