Cut off number for Egypt!!!!!

What does it mean that the cut off number for Afriaca is 33.900 in Augst but it is 24.300 to Egypt in Sept.
Does that mean that they will no choose people who will have the interview in August or this only applies for Sept.

This is just my guess.............

I think this means that winners from Egypt whose numbers are below 33900 are very lucky if they got the interviews in August, because as you can see DOS now published separate cut off numbers for Egypt for September.
For example, a person with case number AF32000 from Egypt is out of luck if he didnt have interview scheduled in August because he will not have it in September (because of a new cut off number - 24,300).
