CP vs AOS

Hi all:
I just received NL from KCC, My case number is AS 13XXX. I know its fairly high but I dont want to lose hope. I have read in several places that higher numbers fair better with CP. why would that be?
if i need additional forms like the ones sent by KCC, where would i be able to get them?
When would i need my background check done and how long does it take in the US?

Where is country? If Bangladesh , the chance is even lower

Is your case # higher than AS00013800? If higher, that's not good!!
