CP Experience - Any Winners Not Getting Visa in Current Month?

I am just wanting to know any DV Winners who did not get their Visa after their interview in their first month of number being current?

Whats the longest someone has gone before getting the Visa after CP was done?

Anyone with any experiences on their Police Cert/clearance being delayed and hence not receiving soon their Visa after the interview and having to wait for weeks/months for Police clearance

If you have one, did you have to like call consulate every few days to push your case or just waited patiently? I am asking cause i have interview next month but dont have serious doubts Police Cert will be in time for Feb so i may Feb altogether.
 
My visa interview was on December. It was temporary rejected. When I came back on January, I got it. See my thread Successful CP in Singapore
