Dear all,
I just started working for a university four month ago and am currently on OPT. My university is sponsoring me for H1B visa on Feb, 2016. My girlfriend is coming in one week for visiting me. We plan to get married in U.S. and file H1B petition together (She will get H4).
My question is, is this allowed? and will this have bad influence on applying permanent resident in future?
