cannot seem to understand continuous residence condition. working on submitting my N-400 now and I have the following trips during the calendar years 2010-2015:

05/09/2014 05/16/2014 vacation 7days
05/14/2013 10/26/2013 Russia 165days (health issues made me stay this long)
04/20/2012 04/27/2012 vacation 7days
06/02/2010 08/29/2010 Russia 88days

total 267 days in 4 trips

Should I submit my application on August 30, so the last trip doesn't count and I don't have to record it? Without the last trip my total number of days will be just 179- just short of 6 month (181 days)
Or does it really matter? If I submit my application now, should I expect any issues/questions with continuous residence requirement?

thank you!

A single trip of over 6 months usually breaks continuous presence. You don't have any trips of over 6 months, so you have had continuous presence since you became a permanent resident.

You also need physical presence of 2.5 years out of the 5 years, but you also easily meet this.

Thank you so much for the reply. Will it be possible to get a get reference to a legal/official document stating just that. There are so many docs on uscis site about it, cannot find any specific quite/doc describing that condition.
All this time I thought it is the sum of all trips during the past 5 years that count.
