Concurrent Filling of i-140 and i-485 with illegal spouse

My employer is filing my i-140 and i-485 concurrently. They are asking about all information including my spouse information.

However, My spouse has been living here illegally since the visa has expired before we got married. Will my spouse impacting my i-140 and i-485 application later? Also, when filing up the application, should i mention that we are married or should not even mention it.

Also, is there a way to bring my spouse legal status back while i am doing i-140/i-485?

Please advice.
