    Hi,

My H1-B for first 3 yrs expires this september and I have a valid stamping. I was in India for the last 1-1.5 yrs and I am planning to travel to the US sometime this month.

I wanted to know if it would be a problem at the immigration counter at the airport because of the gap?

    Please let me know

    thanks
    sachin
