One of my friends is a winner in DV-2008. She has a daughter who is 20 years and some months old and will finish her 21 in a month. I would like to ask you if you know any way that she can include her daughter for DV interview?
there is a formula used by consulates to calculate the "age" of those turning 21 for DV and other immigration purposes. Read about "child status protection" act.
