Yes, My case is from Kansas DOL(Missouri SESA)

When I called DOL, He said, he could not find my case in the system and he asked me to check after a week.. This is the fourth time, I\'m hearing the samething from him. My concern is, I could see cases with RD after me for the same DOT code. Then, why isn\'t mine enetered??.. Well, my case is RIR.

Any clues??.

pitme - Approximate times if all goes well....

Update on AVM/email and case no. - 1.5-2 months after Receipt at DOL.
Possible aproval date - 3-3.5 months after receipt at DOL.

The operative word : Patience.

dol is taking 2 months approx. to get the case updated on the system pls check around april ending f

2 mnths is over by March 17th.

But not yet in the system. That\'s why I\'m bit concerned..

Well, Let me wait for a week or two and then let my attorney talk to DOL.
