Hi All

I have my oath cemony on OCT 28 2014.
I am planning to change my residence during 2'nd or 3'rd week of November.

1) Should/Can I put my friends' address as my MAILING address ?

2) Once I move and if I have not yet got the Passport in mail, should I call USCIS to let them know on the change of my PRIMARY ADDRESS.

3) Do I have to file AR-11 still ?

4) Is it advisable to move in this circumstance?

5) Will USPS forward passport mail to new address?

6) Do they return the CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE along with the passport or they mail it separate?

Yeah will do 'Rush service' + 'Overnight delivery' option for passport delivery.
(Routine Service 4-6 weeks. Rush deliver is 2-3 weeks)

Thanks

After you take the oath you are a U.S. citizen, and you are done with USCIS. Passports are applied through the State Department; you can put whatever address on the passport application you want. Your Certificate of Naturalization will be mailed back separately.
