Hi, I have approved I 140 from my current employer, it was approved couple of months back and i am thinking of changing employer but my H1 is valid till September 2016(that will end my 6 years of H1). I know the new employer can file for transfer requesting for 3 years with approved I 140, if the new employer gets the transfer only till September 2016 will it be possible to extend my H1 after that with the new employer.
Changing employer with approved I 140 and H1 valid only for 9 more months
