Changing District Service Centers

Hello:

Can anyone tell us how far back will it set us(or it usually sets us) if we file for a change in District Service Center using the I-865. The original I-485 (I-130, I-765 and all)paperwork (for marriage) is in Hartford, CT. We will be requesting for a change in Center to the Seattle Service Center. How long will it delay in obtaining the temporary work permit as that is my concern.

District Service Center??

All marriage based I130+I485 etc are filed at the local district office. I donot have a time frame where INS transfers your file from one district office to another.. Maybe 2 to 3 months atleast.
