Change of address after US citizenship

Let's say everything goes well, I make it all the way to the naturalization ceremony. I live on a US address that was provided via tax returns, AR-11 and my N-400 application.

I also use the address for apply for my new US passport.

What happens if I move after that? Is it true that as a US citizen I do not have to/can not file the AR-11? What if I move abroad and the government wants something from me? How are they getting notified?

Or is there another system for US citizen to notify the government about an address change?
