I have my Naturalization Interview scheduled for the next week. In my N-400 application, I disclosed a citation (speeding) I had 3 years ago. It was dismissed by a court. I called the police department, and they EMAILED me the report. This is just a PDF file - printed out, sealed and signed by the police clerk. I am wondering if this can be accepted by USCIS. They want it to be certified, and I am not quite sure if what I got is really what they accept.
