Case status

I applied to the n400 and on Fridayi received the notice of action notice and receipt
With a code to set up a online login for a case status
It work till today everytime I logged it to a password Conf and than to the page where I see the status
But now wen log in it takes me to a my uscis page and don't see any case status option
Can some help ?
 
Can you open another browser and try to get the status without login by giving receipt number ?
 
Yes via giving receipt number I can get the info
Does this give same full status updates as the login account one gives ?
