A match is meeting all the requirements that old LC is having in it, when it was originally applied. That means: If the original LC advertisement says BS/MS degree with x/y years of experience in a/b areas, then the person who wants to use is as substitute labor must match the same requirements. And important thing is you MUST possees all those qualifications and experience at the time the original LC was applied. If you find a match, its very easy and safe way of doing substitution and its the fastest way to get the GC
