I had to cancel my first oath ceremony a couple of months ago because it was scheduled very close to some planned travel. I sent in the request for postponement and now have not heard back for weeks. Does anyone have any experience contacting the Brooklyn ceremony office? I'm wondering if it is worth making an INFOPASS appointment and then should I make it for the Manhattan office?
The USCIS phone line told me that I would have to contact the Brooklyn office direct as they schedule the ceremonies. Does this put me to the bottom of the list?
