And the biggest problem with H1-B application is certainly not the cost, it is the likelihood that it will not make the April 1 lottery. I do not believe for-profit hospitals qualify for quota exemption.
I am also very curios about that article. I wonder if these changes are only for advance practice nurses or it is for all Canadian Rn's? I was planning to exit this April and apply for a new TN at the POE in YYZ because I was offered a new ICU position in George Washington University. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
