I\'m going from F1 to physician H1 for residency and would like to go to get stamp in Canada. Has anyone got information about how easy it is since April 1? I need advice please especially from people who know about it.

A Friend of mine was in Bio-Tech Field was refused VISA at the Toronto Embassy. The reason they stated they could not issue the H1B VISA at that moment was because Bio-Technology is a sensitive field and it will take them 2 weeks to 6 months to decide. They stamped Refuse without BIAS. She was able to come back but she was very lucky they did not check her passport well enough. So make sure u have a counter plan to go to India when u go to Toronto.
