Hi, I just found out, that I may be eligible for COR as LPR of 25 years, like other guys on this forum I had bad representation and my lawyer didn't tell me my eligibility, so after IJ issued removal order I filed an appeal with BIA by myself. My appeal is still pending and I heard that it takes much longer for BIA appeal than for IJ to decide if I am elgible for COR.
