Can I change employers with a TN Visa

Hello,

Situation:
An agency found me a job with a big IT consulting company in the USA. The agency in turn prepared and sent overnight all the documents to take at the POE for TN Visa. I have not done that yet.
Can the IT consulting company hire me full time when on the TN Visa it says specifically the agency is employing me?

Yes. Either the Consulting firm, the agency, or even the specific client could have sponsored you. The agency would have been better, but this is fine.
