I am a canadian LPR and my spouse is US Green Card Holder. My husband had filed I-130 to sponsor me based on his greed card while I was in Pakistan (at that time I was not Canadian Resident). Now I am in Canada as LPR.

What will happen if I try to enter USA for intending to live there permanently. Is there any way I can live with my husband in USA until my visa number is available against my I-130 application? I have read on some websites that if spouse somehow enters the US legally while her case is under process at USCIS she may apply for Adjustment of Status even on Green Card. Please help me out I want to live with my husband. Is there any way?

Thanks

You heard incorrectly.
If you want to move to the US before your greencard comes through, find an employer willing to sponsor an H-1B for you.
