HI All,
Can someone who has visited US on J1 Visa with HRR, apply for
a waiver AFTER he has returned to his home country.
This is relevant as say after somebody returns from a J1 visit for 6 months, he could get a job offer from a US institution and might like to join that, having completed only say 6 months at his
home country.
Pls help !
