CA non RIR DOL times

is it really true that CA non RIR processing time in DOL is Feb 2001

That means it jumped up a year ( it was april2000)

check out the processing time posted on dol web site .

Non-RIR date is April 3, 2000

It\'s likely to be an error on DOL web page. Their voice system says completely another date.
Call (415)975-4601 then twice press 1 on a touch tone phone.

The voicemail says they are reviewing RIR cases as of Sept 2001
and non-RIR cases as of April 2000.
