Hello all! I live in Ontario. I’d like to know whether it is the right time to meet a bankruptcy trustee to file bankruptcy. I own my home, but I’m on a disability and so covering the taxes every year is a challenge for me. My medical bills are also pretty high, that was charged to 2 credit cards. Now it’s become pretty hard for me to live. I was suggested to meet a bankruptcy trustee Kevin Thatcher(Mississauga). I'm not even sure if bankruptcy will help me.
