Hello All,
My mom has a 10 year visa stamped on her passport and it is valid till May 2011. She is currently in US and leaving back to India in a weeks time.
We are planning to apply for her Visa renewal - when should I apply for the visa renewal.
1. Immediately - few days after the visa expiration
2. Just a month before the next travel to US ( we are planning to bring her again in September 2011).
3. What questions to expect in the consulate?
4. What documents I need to provide as this is the visa renewal.
Also in the invitation letter what do I specify?
BTW, my mom is a widower - last time she applied with my dad, but this time she will be applying alone by herself. So I appreciate any valuable suggestion.
