I have valid H1-B petition until sep-2012. My current H1-B stamp is expired on my passport. I also have pending AOS status with valid AP/EAD. I am planning to travel outside US.
If I enter US using AP , then can I go to canada and re-enter US using AVR and get the new I-94 using H1-B approved I-797 ?
