Automation Architect title

Is Automation Architect a valid title for TN status?

Architect
Baccalaureate or Licenciatura degree; or state/provincial license.

The above is the requirement specified for TN status for Architect. Can a IT professional with Bachelor degree and many years of experience get a TN with title Automation Architect?
 
I am assuming this is an architect position, as in design architect for buildings and community development or government projects ( large infrastructure ).
You may want to try Systems Analyst, to stand a better chance.
 
Is this title then restricted to Building architects? Can Software Architects not apply for this position?
 
Title has no bearing on the decision to grant youTN. It's your educational credentials and proof of citizenship that are most important. Your education should support the nafta category under which you are applying e.g. if you have an engineering degree and your job function will be of engineering nature, you'll generally apply using the engineer nafta category
 
Software architect is NOT and architect. And even if you are an engineer, it is n't engineering either (or you wouldn't have had to try to make it fit with another category.

No more that a train engineer, or a sanitation engineer, or a domestic engineer is an engineer.

This is a CSA job, so you will need to present CSA quals and/or credentials.
