Hey Guys lets post details on Atlants DOL approvals latesly its been taking more than 30 days to get aproval from atlanta

Osamu sam Got his Labour approved on Jan 22 2002 his LC application was farwarded to Atlanta DOL on NoV 6th 2001 from NC SESA

my Labour is still in atlanta Farwarded to Atl on Nov 20 recived there on 22

Hello, I filed my LC application on the 21 of December and I have not even received a receipt notice.

recived on nov 13 and approved on jan 31 looks like they r moving on november hopefully by now or monday my Lc should be approved thank god
its recived in ATl on nov 22

Atlanta SESA timing question

Can somebody tell me how many days does SESA (Atlanta) take to forward a file to Georgia DOL? My recruitment period is over and my lawyer will be sending my file to the SESA by 18th Feb hopefully. I would like to know when will it reach DOL if there is no problems at the SESA. Thanks.

My labor petition received at Atlanta DOL from FL SESA on Jan 7th 2002. Still waiting! No NOF\'s (RFE\'s) so far!

Mine was FWD no Sep 27th from NC

Mine was FWD no Sep 27th from NC, not received any approvals yet! No RFEs either.
 
good news new status check

I just called atlanta DOL they said they r processing for the last week of November cases thats the progres if your case is before that
date keep ur fingers crossed ul hear any time soon

there is good news i just foound u actualy can find ur case status by phone

call 404 562 2131

u can use ur case number or employers phone number to find status of your application

so that the news guys
