manair_b,Law love Alien and araj_98,
Did your employer receive the email regarding the sponsorship confirmation? if yes, when?

araj_98,
You can check the status. Your employer has to create sub account for you.

Thanks,
gcman.

gcman9,

Yes, my employer received it immediately after filing the application. It was promptly responded for. I filed it yesterday, it was responded yesterday. Status changed today..I guess .. to "Approved" from "In Progress" yesterday.

is it possible officially to open a sub account for applicant? or its unofficial, in other words, would be detrimental for the application?

araj_98,
Thanks for the update.

"is it possible officially to open a sub account for applicant? or its unofficial, in other words, would be detrimental for the application?"

***Yes, It is official. An Employer can create sub account for Attorney, Agent and Employee.

"Status changed today..I guess .. to "Approved" from "In Progress" yesterday."
*** DOL normally says "Certified". Only USCIS will use the word "Approved". (May be I am wrong, I don't know)

thanks

gcman9,

Thanks for the info! I guess my lawyer doesnt know about it. I will push my employer to create me an account.

I have noticed you have been asking everyone on the forum about the email..what is your obsrevation? if you get an early email what does it mean? is there some kind of pattern?

Appreciate your help.

araj_98,
This PERM system is new to everyone. I learnt from this forum that some people got their email within half an hour, got their approval within two weeks. Some people did not get their sponsorship email even after a month.
Just I am trying to find a pattern.

My employer got the sponsorship email in a few minutes. After responding they received an email stating that all answers were satisfactory and processing will continue. Has been "In Process" since.

araj_98
Did your employer receive any mail stating that all answers were satisfactory and processing will continue after responding to all the questions??

manair_b,
What was the status before your employer receive the email from DOL??

Thanks,
gcman
