Asylum Rejected While in F-1 Status.

I applied for Political Asylum and got rejected. I hired a lawyer and wrote a rebuttal but it was to no avail.
USCIS said my case was denied and I cannot be recommended to the Immigration Court as long as I am in legal status. I am working with a company and they filed my H-1 this April but was not selected in the Lottery Process. I have applied for STEM extension and that leaves with one more shot at H-1B. If I dint get this time What are the steps to reopen my case and go to the immigration court. Has anyone gone through eh similar situation as mine?


Please any advice would be helpful.
 
When u applied and which asylum office and u had interview with asylum officer or not , who rejected ur asylum
 
I applied in San Francisco office and had interview with officer last October. The Office rejected the case saying there was inconsistencies in my story.
