Arrangements for pay.

I may have an opportunity to obtain a second TN and was wondering what are the acceptable Arrangements for pay. Does it have to be a salaried position?
 
No. TN can be contract-based (1099 self-employed).

H1 must be employyee, but TN can be contract.
 
Awesome! Thats good news.
And as far as I can tell there is no issue having more than one TN is there?
