I am starting a new thread to track information about April filers to the National Benefit Center with relatives(marriage to a US citizen). Those who are interested, please post informations on this threads.
Here is my case.
Visitor visa holder married to a US citizen.
4/17/2007: I-130, I-485, I-765 to Chicago lockbox
4/18/2007: I-130,I-485,I-765 received date at Chicago
4/24/2007: Notice date
5/01/2007: Notice of action for biometric on 5/21/2007
5/07/2007: RFE on I-485 for complement on Affidavat of support
5/08/2007: LUD on I-130
5/17/2007: rfe sent back
5/21/2007: biometrics taken
5/22/2007: LUD on I-765
5/24/2007: RFE received and case resume on I-485
Since this date, I did not see any new LUD on my cases. Is that normal? Can I still get an EAD within the 90 given days? If not can I appear at my local office to have my passport stamped?
