Applied for L2 EAD Renewal, can I work with receipt notice?

Hello

My current EAD card expires on April 6th, 2009 and I have applied for renewal on March 2nd, 2009. I have received my EAD receipt notice on march6th 2009However, I have not mentioned my last name on my I-765 form. So the receipt notice that I have received mentiones my name as ""No name given" and then my first name". I have called up the customer service number and they asked me to send a letter about the same. I have submitted the letter today. But my question is,
1. Can I continue my present job with the receipt notice
2. Is the receipt notice considered valid as it has my name as "No name given XXX" (XXX is my first name and my last name is printed as "No Name given")
2. Will the new EAD issuing be delayed as I have sent a correction in my name?

Please suggest.
