My aunt(USC) had filed for my mother's GC long back. It was appporved and USembassay in India had sent paper once to us regarding the approval.
By the time we went to embassay with our new passports and other papers.
They are saying that GC petition has been purged coz of no response from our side. We never rec'd any notice letter or anything from US embassay which they say that they had sent us before closing the application
Is there any way aunt can re-open the application ? What action we / aunt can take now ?
