Anyone with ND around 03/02/06 for AP in NBC?

I am real worried because I have a flight ticket for this monday 05/08/06
and still haven't got my AP with ND 03/02/06? As of April 21st NBC are looking at APs with ND March 6th. ANY information would help.
Also, has anyone tried to return their air ticket through the air insurance they bought?

MY ND is Mar 07 , and no AP OR EAD for me either.
Its almost impossible for you to recieve it in the mail by MONDAY, specially when they haven't updated your I-131 lately or sent you an AP approval email.
Why don;t you go to your DO and try getting an Emergency AP. You'll have to show them your AIrline tickets for it.

Thank you for your update.
I already went to DO-Boston last week with my ticket-nothing happened.The guy looked at my file and said he can't do anything, unless I have an emergency(like death in the family). Thank God my family is in perfect health.It was very frustrating because I expected to get it. By the way it very depend what officer you gonna get I guess. Before I filed my documents I went with some questions for the documents. The guy I got, I guess was new, so he told me I should file the documents with my maiden name???!!!!, instead of the name I got after marriage.
All this story with immigration just sucks
I will let you know when my AP and EAD get approved

Very frustrated. Already lost my ticket for 05/08/06. As of May 9th NBC date for APs is March 17th???? Mine is two weeks before - 03/02/06. I wonder if there is something wrong with my application.
The only good thing is on Monday May 8th I got my letter for initial interview- 06/16/16.
Anyone with similar dates?

Good to hear that you get your interview scheduled so fast. BTW did you get your AP or EAD yet???
 
Finally got AP approval

ip_everywhere thank you for your posts.
I got an email on Thursday May11th that my AP has been approved and mailed on May 8th. Why I got the emails (three the same) 3 days later have no idea.
I am sure yours is comming any day.
Strange didn't have any LUDs prior to the approval.As of today May 13th still has not got the document in the mail. Hope I will get it later today.
Flying Monday anyway, my husband is going to send the AP if I have not got it it before departure.

They said they mailed it May 8th, but the stamp on the envelope says May 10th. Oh, well...

Hi Raeyana,

I'm currently in your shoes - waiting desperately for my AP. RD 3/15/06, LUD 3/20/05. I was also very confused when the processing dates came out and they said they were up to March 17th - mine was before that so why wasn't it processed? :confused:
But I'm glad to hear your story, gives me more hope that mine just hasn't been lost somewhere!

AP and EAD in the mail

I got everything in the last second. Saturday May13th I got the AP in the mail. My flight was Monday May 15th. It was approved on May 8th.
Then a week later my EAD was approved. I got the card in the mail already.
So I guess patience is the golden key.
