The US embassy has suspended all operations in Damascus, but Syrian cases are being handled in Amman, Jordan by default. However, I have changed to Beirut because Syrians are not easily admitted into Jordan these days and I don't want to take any risks, though it looks to me that Amman has lower AP rates than Beirut :/
