Hi There
Can anyone can help me with this.
I Applied my I-485 and I-140 On Aug18th 2003.
I-140 Got cleared on Sep21 on 2004.
My 485 is not cleared and I called the INS local numbe and I asked by the status and they have replied me back saying that
MY 485 case has been selected for DETAILED REVIEW and it will take longer time than the Normal Time. Should the cousulate will be in touch if they have any question/concerns about this case.
Does any body got the query like what I got ? does any one know how long this case will take and how long do I have to wait. People who applied after me they got theie GC I dont till now.
MY case was filed on EB2 category...
