Am I eligible to visit China with TN visa?

I work in the U.S. with 3 years TN visa. But I currently on my medical leave for 2 months and I plan to visit my parents in China.

Am I eligible to visit china with TN visa? I want to make sure that I will not be in trouble when I enter back to the U.S. from China as a TN holder.
