    Hi,

I got my I-140 approved with Employer A (consultancy). Now i wanted to move to Employer B as Fulltime. I am joining as "contract to hire" to Employer B. Now my employer A is doing my Extension with approved I-140. As per recent trend, i may get only 1 year extension with Employer A. After 6 months (say), if i use the same I-140 to move to Employer B, will i get 3 years extension or i will get only 1 year extension (coz Emp A got me only one year extension)? Please help.

    Thanks,
    Vikaas.
