3 Year Diploma+3 Year Degree(entry into 2nd year) in CS

Hello all, I've completed my CS Degree and Diploma from India. Because I've completed a 3-year diploma, I got admission into the 2nd year (3rd sem) directly(aka lateral entry). My degree certificate shows a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and in my consolidated mark list/transcript it shows marks from semesters III-VIII. Is this enough for the degree equivalency in the USA? and for a TN visa?
 
only the evaluating agency will be able to determine this, so that your first step. please review other posts on this forum that discuss which agencies to use.
 
Hi @tapz901: Can you please update if you were able to get TN visa , i am in same boat , 3 years diploma and 3 years engineering. Can you please let me know which agency did you use for degree equivalency for USA. and which port did you go. It would be great help
